Functions and Responsibilities of the Women Welfare Committee:
It is a matter of pride that IGICM is completely a ragging free campus.
An all-time vigilant anti-ragging cell exists in the institute and the students are under the constant surveillance
of the anti-ragging cell.At the time of admission all students will have to fill up an anti-ragging form and an affidavit and are advised to
strictly follow the vows mentioned therein. Anyone found involving directly or indirectly in any act of indiscipline
leading to ragging shall be subject to severe action as per directions issues by the Honourable Supreme Court and other statutory bodies such as UGC, AICTE and AKTU from time to time.

- To guide about Women Welfare Laws.
- To highlight the importance of health and hygiene.
- To directs Women’s role in the society. To develop multidisciplinary approach for the overall personality development.
- To organize seminars, workshops relating to women development.
- To prevent sexual harassment and to promote general well-being of female students, teaching and non-teaching women staff of the Institute.
